Yes! What an idea! I love it. Wow. I am enjoying the video thought that just popped into my head: Yes and No buttons installed at each microphone. Ted asks, "This is a Yes or No question, do you consider..." and rather than Mayorkas pressing one of the buttons, he begins speaking into the microphone. But it is dead. We don't hear anything. Being in the same room, Mayorkas might not yet know the situation. Ted cuts him off and moves to the next one. "This is a Yes/No question Mayorkas. How many murders have there been..." and once again Mayorkas begins speaking to a dead mic. We laugh out loud, many in the room smile or even snicker. Ted moves on, and at the next question, when we are all beginning to learn lip reading because Mayorkas keeps saying the same thing over and over, Ted finally cuts him off and kindly explains that to eliminate philibustering, they have installed the YES/NO buttons, and when any questioner says "This is a yes/no question" it means that the microphone is OFF so do not attempt to say anything as your replacement response for the intended Yes/No. I would LOVE to see your idea invoked!!! It would make the person being questioned look like an idiot to simply be looking left and right after every question without pressing Yes or No. I did notice that Ted would listen on certain questions just in case Mayorkas was going to say a very short answer and actually answer the question with an affirmation instead of YES, but the moment Ted hears him get to a certain point in his word-spewing, he talks over him and moves on - very respectable strategy of Ted.

Absolutely he is fantastic!! Before the 2016 presidential election season I injected and educated myself to what the state of this country was in I honestly disliked Ted Cruz. Once Trump was inaugurated and really took notice of Senator Cruz in hearings like this. The FBI and all intelligence agents are not constitutional and should be trimmed by 50% and honest American patriots should be allowed to take these positions. I am thankful for the lawsuits against Biden for violation of free speech. I hope Matt Tiebie files charges against the IRS for visiting him and trying to threaten him into silence.
