(Vintage Race) Rain Racing at Road Atlanta Trans Am Classic 1995
Ойын-сауық
Wet conditions make for an exciting 40 lap Trans Am race and with names like Scott Sharp, Dorsey Schroeder, Ron Fellows, Tommy Kendall , Boris Said and Tony Ave in the lineup everything could happen.

Welcome to the show! We've been around since 1966
Met Tommy on the back straight away at road America during the cart race in 95. Have him on video. I said tommy! He turns and looks at me I said hi and he gives me a peace sign.
Love these vintage races. I have a hard time getting interested in modern racing sometime, but I can watch these vintage races for hours. I actually remember watching many of them when they were actually raced. Thanks for letting me watch them again.

Trans Am and IMSA were great when Audi competed with the Quattro's. Imagine those cars on that wet track. They would have DOMINATED that race.
I wish this version of Trans Am was still around in an actual championship. I love trans am today but this was different. Thanks for the upload Trans Am
Love trans am, cart in the 90s!
...great to see the Mustang/ Camaro battles right before Chevy pulled the plug for 7 years on Camaro production. Thankfully with more recent times, the renewal of the "Pony Car Wars" is still alive and kicking...
Such awesome footage! Thank you so much for uploading this.

@@TheTransAmSeries Okay.
Being Canadian, of course I always pulled for Ron Fellows.
In the following years Tommy Kendall could not be beat in that All Sport Mustang
Tommy!
What engines powered the leading Camaro’s? They don’t sound like V8s. Buick V6 maybe?
Before the trans am series turned to crap
