(heard at 4:06) Commentator on Edwards : "from 7th to 2nd? WHOO! I mean what a job!" I would just like to point out here that Jacques Villeneuve was 8th (seen at 2:45) at the same restart and came out 1st. Villeneuve, who had not race for 9 months or so. And yet, it's Edwards who gets praised??? Thanks a lot ESPN, not bias at all.

you can't learn that kind of aggression from F1. it's just the fact that he'll drive the hell out of the car.

That Menard incident is a classic example of the hipocrisy Villeneuve recieves at the road courses, I never hear any cries of "wheel hop" any time he goes into the back of the car in front just like every NASCAR regular does (and rightfully so, that's the nature of the series).

I've always thought that the mark of a truly great driver, is being able to make a really bad handling car like these do things they simply shouldn't. Jacques showed he has elite skill, although not surprising being an F1 champion. Just didn't know he had that much aggression at the wheel

watch nascar canadian tire series. They run 6 road courses and 7 short track ovals, none of those boring 1.5 mile ovals, the cars are also more nimble and have some of the most exciting racing on the planet, whether it is oval or road course.
