Unmatched in every way. Their chemistry and harmony is unmatched. Last, but not least, Patty's care for Vince surely showed when she lovingly had his back, while he was trying to sing at George Jones' funeral. That's what loving-kindness looks like.

This performance is absolutely, positively mesmerizing magic. Why didn't these two ever release a full album of duets, full of quality songs like this one ? Mind blowing harmony like this usually only happens when family members sing together, and even then it's rare when a male and female can harmonize so precisely ... but Vince and Patty had a beautiful, almost supernatural gift with their harmonies. Sure, they are a lot older now, but from what I've heard recently, they both still have their incredible voices ... sooooo, it's not to late to get that duet album. C'mon Vince, c'mon Patty, round up about 12 great songs and give your die hard fans what we've been craving for a long time. Go ahead and unleash it and stun the world ... and show today's little whippersnappers how to do it right.

I believe if they both had wanted they could have been the best duo of all time. A perfect match.

Old time country music with strong vocal harmonies and crying steel guitar. It doesn't get much better. What I recall from many decades ago when I was growing up long before Patty and Vince revived it. My uncle used to listen to this kind of music back when i was a kid.

This was done beautifully, I love it, when country was country.

I've watched both of these incredibly gifted people through their careers and I'd have to guess they were BOTH at the top of their game in this performance. When Patty comes in with, as Vince says, "that pure eastern Kentucky voice", I just get goosebumps as a backup singer myself. Power and sweetness at the same time. She's a truly gifted giant. Beautiful. If you wanted to sound better, just invite the beautiful Mrs. Patty Loveless to the party. Her voice is magical. A true sweetheart of country music, that hasn’t received the credit she deserves.

Woah.....this was absolutely, positively, goose-bump-inducing, jaw-dropping, bone--chillingly awesome. Vince and Patty have supernatural harmony, and they should have released several duet albums when they were in their prime.
