Able keep white shirts clean 9 out 10 times Expert at changing wardrobe between takes. Manage splatter with a shwoohish of the ladle

I always trust the authenticity of your international recipes because I'm Vietnamese and after watching several viet recipes from you, I can tell your techniques and ingredients are pretty much the same as what we do. Love your videos!!!

I love how Marion always calls out types of ingredient/food in the national language of the dish which she is making. A knowledgeable and thoughtful cook!

It's because this isn't some sort of reality contest show. Rather, Marion shows you how to actually cook. I used to watch the Food Network when David Rosengarten's show "Taste" was airing. Shows like his taught you how to cook. A decade or two later and it was all shows (or at least the majority) where people were running about trying to win some sort of cooking contest. Granted, I haven't watched shows on the Food Network in ages so they might have gone back to their roots (at least somewhat) but these days I find those kinds of useful food skills taught right here on KZread.

@@thefingerofgod69 I am in total agreement with your statement. I quit watching when Food Network stopped showing real chefs make dishes and teach us how to do things and instead started the stupid reality cooking contests. KZread is my go to and Marion's Kitchen is one of my go to shows.

If i could watch anyone eat , it's this talented lady. She can cook, shes gorgeous and she is always dressed in such cute outfits. Definitely WCW goes to Ms. Marion Grasby

Tried making this today and it was a hit. The dressing is perfect, the meat is so tender and juicy. So much flavor in such a little time. I thought I was such a lousy cook, but I've been cooking with your recipes and videos and man it's a miracle! The food always turns out amazing. Thank you Marion. I also love how calm you are in your videos, it's nice to watch.

lemongrass is such a good flavor. we live on a steady diet of grilled meat served with a green salad or assorted fresh veggies come summertime, and this chicken recipe would be AMAZING for that sort of meal.

My veg box comes today & I'd requested lemon grass & sweet chillis, so I'm ready to give this a try. I'll put it on chiffonade cabbage (low carb version).

This was amazingly delicious. 😋 I was a bit worry about the sauce because the vinegar smells pretty strong since I double it but it turn out perfect. Simple is the way to go!

I think that's what i want to make. Yum!

I also like adding some do chua (pickled daikon radish and carrot) to complete my banh mi style lemongrass chicken bowl. And if I'm trying to lower my carbs, I use lettuce wraps instead of rice.
