🍜HỦ TIẾU NOODLES: Soak the rice and grind through a machine. Stir rice liquid. Spread liquid on a rolling mat and put through the steam machine. Cut the rice sheets into squares according to the size of the wooden sheets. Steam rice sheets and put them outdoors to dry. Cut sheets through a cutting machine.

🍜HỦ TIẾU: Boil the hu tieu noodles in the water for 5 minutes. Add liver, heart, pork meat cuts, intestines. Pour the meat sauce, add in sugar

4. BÁNH TẰM NOODLE
🍜BÁNH TẰM: Soaked the rice and grind the rice into liquid. Put the liquid rice into the pot and boil it, stir continuously so it won't stick into the pot. After 20 minutes, it will reach into a thick doughy texture, take it out and knead it. Take a small portion of dough then place in the oil + honey on the board to add flavor and easier to roll it out. Roll into small strings and steam the noodles. After 20 minutes, the noodles are ready.

I just toured Vietnam a month ago and I must say Soni’s Vietnam food tour is one of the inspirations for my Vietnam tour. I started watching his channel when he was touring Vietnam for the first time five years ago. Since then I have been planning a tour to Vietnam which kept on getting delayed due to the Covid situation. I am glad I finally made it. I absolutely loved Vietnamese foods! So much of varieties, and interestingly, the same dish varies from one region to another. Thank you Soni!

This show combines so many of my passionate interests: Travel, culture, the tropics, food, etc. all mixed and brilliantly presented with the lighthearted humor of Sonny in a semi-documentary style. I love it! Thank you!
This was such an interesting series even if the episodes were spread out a bit! I like to cook a bit of Vietnamese and Thai food, and I just pick up so many little tips and tricks just by osmosis when watching your shows! It almost seems like to food culture in Vietnam is so rich you'll never run out of new and exciting content... From all the basic Vietnam vids, the streetfood vids, the seafood vids, that breathtaking tour in the North of Vietnam with the Hmong, Vietnam feels like one of the most culturally rich countries in the world with something new to discover around each corner.

Thats cool how the product they sale is up on a pole. Lady was nice with that knife with that coconut. One of the coolest water markets ever. Everything looked really good and the people seemed amazing. Has to be hard and pretty cool being on the water like that. Its pretty too. Was fun to watch. Great video
