absolutely facinating, huge job all carried out with such dedication apprentices learning the skills would be wonderful & school groups tours as part of History lessons. Such a Courageous & Brave History to learn. thankyou to all involved.

Hi bob. Thanks for your comments as you say it's a huge job. This November starts her second of a ten year restoration programme to restore her to Airworthiness. Restoration is from November to April after that the Lancaster has to work giving taxi rides to pay for next years restoration programme. Thanks for watching.

I was wondering if you could have a silent auction, selling small sections of scrapped original structure for mantle pieces around the world. Could hold a whole lot more value than scrap metal. Every dollar helps.
