Vice-Presidential nominee Geraldine Ferraro in San Diego August 1984

In 1984, Geraldine Ferraro made a stop in San Diego just after becoming the first female vice-presidential nominee representing an American major political party. If Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, were to pick a woman running mate it would be the first time for the party since 1984. Susan Lichtman (Taylor) reports.

Yes San Diego was very, very, conservative and Republican thanks to the common sense locals and our Great Military! Those days are long gone now but Judgment Day in November is just around the corner!
