Absolutely can confirm on my 2018 RZR XP1K that in low gear High Rpm the belt was touching the bottom of the secondary on my machine prior to this modification. Definitely appreciate all your research Todd.

Mine had 1 blue washer in it and it seemed very thin with some minor deformation. I put the white washer in along with a Hunterworks belt. I can’t wait to ride!

I had them all my whole clutch came from Polaris with all the clutch and belt off and first belt blew in less than an hour second in 15 minutes dealer kept new razor for a month to resolve the factory defects.

Love and appreciate your videos! I have made a few purchases from you already with great results. Care to spill the beans on which belt is too short? Which brand? I have a guess and it rhymes with Crates!

This video is not about turbo's but we have a few on the turbo, however if you are not blowing belts you are good on a turbo.

Awesome videos. Can u do a video on the mods you suggest for the rzr 1000 clutch? Maybe like a #1-#10 order on what to do first, for those of us that are on a budget.

Not really sure there is such a thing, there is very to do. You can look at our site and see the products, really just this washer, better secondary rollers and a clutch kit if you need one

Doesn't change it, the stock spacer is called a speed limiting spacer, hate the name

The white washer has 2 different sides , does it make a difference if white vs translucent side is against the spring ?

I added the white washer to my 2019 General 4. I pulled the belt just recently and removed the cover. I was blowing the dust out of everything. The white washer was not held in place by the spring. It was actually in the middle of the shaft. Suggestions? Comments?

probably not, won't hurt though if you gonna run top speed or over 60 for a while

Will this work for the STM rage 6. I keep blowing belts at high speed, if i even get over 50 before temp spike

I just bought a 2012 900 rzr 4 seater and the guy told me he had put 3 belts on it on 3 trips out riding i just rode it around the house and it broke one on me will this help me out or do u think i need new clutches

I can't answer that, use our how to trouble shoot the primary clutch and secondary clutch videos to look for issues.

So what does the white washer "do" if it is floating on the shaft? New to all of this clutch stuff.

Hey bud I just bought your belt and I saw the white washer, so I am visiting this video. My primary clutch never had a washer 2020 polaris general 1000 eps. Also ive never blown a belt. If you go to my page you can see my ride. I have 4 inch portals with 30% gear reduction and a 10 inch lift on 35 bkts. Also i have a mudder clutch kit with I believe 67 gram weights. Seems I like to glaze belts. I have to be very precautious using low because I will spin a belt in high. I've never blown a belt. And it still goes about 55 mph. Do I need this washer? Will it help with belt spin or do I maybe want that long travel engagement? Thanks! Great videos

My issues seems to be at start going over a log or on an incline. Like I said I try to use low. Sometimes it seems like it shouldn't need it though.

Would this effect the new sportsman s ?

I would not know, we have not looked at a sportsman, we mostly do UTV's but we do have a belt for a sports man 850/1000

Is this an issue with the Polaris Xp Turbo S Velocity if so I will get the washer and change it out.

We include it with ours but they all can benefit if you are a high speed rider or low ranger high rpm person

You would need it for the same reason any other rzr XP 1000 per the video and you still certainly need Square pucks removed from your secondary and put our rounds rollers

corroded on, If you have a secondary spring compressor, put in it so it does not fly apart at you when start tapping it from the bottom of the cover

I agree however what do you hold these non turbo clutches with that you don’t risk having the spider and nut turn while torquing? The answer is nothing

Why wouldn't you make it out of metal? most plastic breaks down and warp from heat
