Talked to you and fixed my 2017 XP 1000 with 32s at the end of last summer. Right after I added the washer and your belt, I snapped my reverse chain. After getting the transmission back in I've done 200 miles with tons of 60+ all the way up to top speed for extended time with no issues. Totally stopped my RZR from ripping off bottom teeth and no other belt issues either.

It's like you put it in gear and give it a touch of gas, then it acts like it is stopped by a brake, then back in the gas, then on the brake again without ever touching the brakes. Takes about 10 minutes to go 25 ft

I stopped blowing belts by selling the RZR and buying a Honda Pioneer. Yes, I know....low HP, but HP is nothing when you're broken down in the bush. NO belts on a Honda to blow. Shaft driven. Why doesn't Polaris put a shaft drive in their machines? It's because Honda holds the Patent on their shaft driven system. Good video though.

I have only blown one belt and it was my fault and have had a ton of Polaris and you could not give me a Honda, the transmission go bad in those all the time too.
