It’s amazing that Jesus even had compassion on the demons that possessed the man and He cast them in the swine.

Last year Our Pastor was teaching on Revelations....I took notes so I can refer back to something that I have missed....but Revelations ia an awesome Scripture to get into....and it's something to think about as well amen....

I thought there was no more "giving in marriage" in the millennial kingdom. If that is true, how can people have families and life goes on as it is today? Can someone help me with this? Help! Matthew 22:30 [30] For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

Confused at what was said Rev 20:6. The First Resurrection? The dead in Christ and then the believers are caught up with Christ at the rapture before the Tribulation. So confused at his statement or did I misunderstand?

It is confusing. People who are alive at the end of the trib have not experienced death yet. New babies have not experienced death. However, Consider the big picture. All these things will happen in Gods time and as God deems. You don’t need to be anxious or strive to understand it all. Each time you review and study Rev from now on, you will have big Ah ha moments. So relax. You got this!!

The mortals in the millennium come from Zechariah 14:16.

The best books I have ever read in my 50 years walking with the Lord are: For those who can't read, watch videos. 1- More than Conquerors, by Wiliam Hendrickson 2-The Book of Revelation Commentary, by R.C.H. Lenski 3- Up Up and Away! Robert B. Yerby, on the Rapture. 4- Kingdom Come! by Sam Storm. I really feel sorry for my Christian brothers and sisters who are now totally discouraged and mislead by Dispensationalist/Premillenialists who buy their books by the millions only to find that they are full of errors and when these errors are debunked, like Hal Lindsey's book "Late Great Planet earth, claiming the Second Coming would be in 1988 and the rapture in 1981, 7 years earlier continue to buy the second edition "with corrections" which are again in errors, never seem to learn.

The part about preppers is confusing. Are we to lay down and die or save food and weapons and try to survive. I ask that question with full respect to the church. I’m trying to get my faith back.

There is a pre-trib rapture in Luke 17:22-37 when times are good (eating, drinking, buying, selling, planting, building, and weddings). So, you don't need to be a prepper. Those not taken will go thru the seals, trumpets, and bowl judgements in Revelation. Most will die a martyrs death because they do not take the mark of the beast.

Neither. We're to live for Christ...that is what He desires of us. The thought of "surviving" is tied to those here during the tribulation, correct? Well the church is absent at that point, for the rapture will have taken place PRIOR to the tribulation.

The PURPOSE or REASON for the Millennium is to give the BILLIONS alive AND dead , who never had a FIRST opportunity to hear the gospel...to hear it NOW. We will teach and instruct THEM..not ourselves! 1 Cor 15:23,24 God is a EQUAL OPPORTUNITY God, who wants EVERYONE to hear the gospel...not just some. Sounds right?

Doesn't a Rapture contradict the First Resurrection of the Tribulation Saints who have been martyred? The only way I see this working is if there is NO rapture, but only the 2nd coming of Jesus to gather his saints and those who died in Christ rise first and those of us who have survived until the 2nd coming will meet Christ in the air and be transformed. That makes sense in the context of scripture. It just seems people keep trying to squish the Rapture between the 1st and 2nd coming of Christ.

What makes the people that are "raptured" more special than the ones that die for their faith in the end times.....

@@Kman. how do you come to that conclusion brother, we all have meanings/opinions and not 1 person say they are 100% correct, I have seen to many people disagree. The point is that you must be ready to endure, rather prepare as if you are going through the tribulation, you win either way, but if you neglect to prepare and you get deceived you lose your soul. Don't go 5050 with the part of you that lasts forever. God bless brother

@@TRH93 Sounds like you're hedging your bet. We must "be ready to endure"? Just what does THAT look like...how is that manifested in the life of a believer? Where in the bible are we given that charge? We're ALL to be in the Word, after the souls of men, & praying always. The believer can't get "DECEIVED" in the manner in which you're suggesting, for *NOTHING* can remove us from our position in Christ.

WHEN do the “tribulation saints” get resurrected?

Hi Suzanne - There’s only ONE “first resurrection”! Jesus said 4 times in a row that he shall raise ALL believers “on the last day” (Jn6:39,40,44,54 KJV) That’s a one-day, one-time “first resurrection” (Rev20:5 KJV) that happens “immediately AFTER the tribulation” (Matt24:29-31 KJV) For further understanding, you might like to subscribe to and watch all the videos on the “Jesus explains” channel on KZread. Luke 17:22-37 is the pre-trib rapture without a resurrection (verse 37). We leave our body on earth.

Hello Pastor, you said you hold the view that the destruction of Babylon, is the rebuilding of the original Babylon in current Iraq, but in Jeremiah 50:39 it is mentioned the Babylon will be utterly destroyed and never to be inhabited ever again, there is another City that has seven hills located around it, which is Mecca, where the Muslim faith in their eschatology in the Koran says their Al Mahdi their saviour will come to, before reigning in Turkey then moving to reign for seven years from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem so their Messiah turns out to be Christians and Jews antichrist

The First Resurrection is the spiritual rebirth of believers after believing in Jesus for Salvation. Adam ate the apple and he/we shall surely die (the spiritual death). When we believe in Christ Jesus we live again (and reign with Christ now). THIS is the first resurrection.

How can one refer to the sheep of Matt 25:34..... as believers? Granted they do enter the millennium Kingdom, but solely on the basis of their works!

Revelation 20 does not refer to two groups that sit on thrones, he describes only the martyrs from the great tribulation...AND CLEARLY SAYS THE REST OF THE DEAD DO NOT COME BACK TILL AFTER THE THOUSAND YEAR REIGN. Who is "the rest of the dead"...everyone dead person that isn't the martyrs from the great tribulation. 1 thessalonians says those that are still alive will not precede the dead!!!!

​@@oldnurseit's misleading, we should be upset at the scriptures being manipulated! Revelation 20:1-6 is a key! It tells us straight for that the martyrs from the great tribulation will come to life and reign a thousand years (the 1000 year reign) and that THIS IS THE FIRST RESURRECTION! We all know that 1 thessalonians 4 says we that are still alive at the Lord's coming will not precede the dead, they will be risen then we will be caught up with them! Revelation 20 makes it clear that is at the end of the 7 years when Satan is chained! The pretribulation rapture teaching is going to help cause the great falling away because people will lose faith when they see tribulation and persecution. They won't be ready.
