    Hi Sir, this was the recipe I was searching for long n long.. being a starter for cooking is tough task when being criticised as you can fry the veggies as tasty as my mother or my Akka...     Mr Venkatesh's dishes are awesome. Though I am a non vegetarian I love his dishes. He speaks about acidity caused by some dishes and water being an antidote. I have found hi ph water being excellent for this. These waters are easily available in the US and do carry ph values. Bon appetit!
