The dip is something, very close to my thoughts to take care of my special innovative taste bud... believe me I did few minutes back 😇..manga urugai vizhudhu/gravy + curd + a handful of sev. So I could imagine how fantastic your suggestion is to make a dip with curd & lime pickle vizhudu....for Vazhakai Tawa roast....Wow. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hi Sir, I am Sowmya from Canada. My daughter 8 yrs old is a huge fan of you and your cooking. In this country, due to COVID we couldn’t get Vazhakai for quite sometime. Now after a long break I got and I made this recipe. It became a huge hit and my whole family loved it. My daughter wants to come and have food at Accord.
