humbleness runs in this family, he being a super chef asking his dad for every single thing shows his respect for his father. And father being a successful restaurant er answering patiently and giving his son the space is super awesome !!!!

So happy to see your dad sir. Both thavala vadai and medhu pakoda recipes are so close to my heart. My grandpa had a snack shop in Kutchery lane, Mylapore,Chennai for more than 40 years. In our shop these items are a huge hit. I am sure your dad and grandpa would have known about my grandparents. Feeling nostalgic and thank you so much for all that you do sir. Namaskarams to appa🙏💕

You are indeed correct. He looks like a classy old man. Such type of owners of high class udupi style vegetarian hotels sitting in the cash counter at the entrance with the nice aroma of the cooked morning breakfast food mixed with the finest filter coffee when you enter their premises early in the morning is extremely rare to find these days.

I had my sons wedding at M conventions on feb 14 th this year, keerai vadai of Bhat sir was such a great hit and very crisp. When we went to meet him and discuss the wedding menu, he was so respectful and grounded , when simple suggestions were given he took them seriously and till date all ppl who attending the wedding r talking about him and his team - We straight came to fix M conventions fr Bhat sir ‘s food only - as we had lot of overseas guests - he ensured all menus were made acc to our requirement.
