More than the recepies it's your narrative which I enjoy sir. Your passion is so infectious which is needed for a profession. All the best sir for your future endeavours.
What a wonderful episode!!!!!! Loved the way your appa was constantly watching the medhu pakodas despite talking with you!!!My father is senior to your appa sir and when ever he says something about his school days....i get goosebumps.....same feelings I hace when I watch this video.... 5 D's discipline, devotion, decision , determination and dedication.....Man of principles... Wow....extremely appetising!!! Repeat mode ON!!!!!!
Super recipe, 5 D's Discipline Devotion Decision Determination Dedication. Thanks to the head master who helps lot to their students.
My mom tried the pakoda and it came out really good. My family liked it very much.
Lovely Watch!! Everything was special. Your father is quite a gentleman . Really nice to see him. I really enjoyed seeing the rapport between the two of you and learning/teaching method. Quite an interesting recipe. Liked it a lot. I know this is an authentic recipe but is there a substitute for Vanaspathi/dalda. We stopped using it sometime in the 80s .Can I use ghee or butter instead?
For the first time, I didn't concentrate on the recipe. The conversation between you and your father about the past was beautiful. My Thaatha was also a hotelier in a small town near Tirunelveli. I could relate to a lot of the things you said. You made your father proud and he was so happy watching you cook. Great video. Please bring him a lot more in your videos.
It's not just the dish but having your father makes it a wholsome episode. Being 75 yrs old myself remembering good old precious memories. God bless young man.
Mr Bhat, your narrative along with your dad's inputs were very interesting. We lived those days through Mr Sadasivan's eyes. Thank you for both the narrative and the recipe for the medhu pakora.
Sir I am a big fan of you following all ur recipes after watching this medu pakoda I wanted to try and today I tried and it came very beautiful to see and unique taste. Thank you for the recipe and please share us more recipes of that time. A big salute to your Dad as well
