I am building a fairly large raised bed garden, and this time opted for metal raised beds over wood or timber. I am not associated with them but chose to go with Vego Garden brand, and figured it would be helpful to show people what they get. Also, show the assembly process and give a few tips. Why peel the coating off before assembling?

It's a very thin plastic coating to protect the panels from scratching during shipping. It's not applied super well, cosmetically speaking, with air bubbles and peeling around the edges in some areas. I highly doubt it would withstand any long term weather or UV. Also it's step one in their instructions.
