Here I'm showing you how we laid out the multiple Vego raised garden beds, and what we did for weed control around the garden. In the next video we will be filling a bed, and I will be explaining the process we are using for that.

Looks very well thought out, initial setup cost seems pretty steep, but not so bad split up over 25 years. What drives the 5ft spacing? Did you film this all on your phone? What video software do you use? Not super interested in gardening, but looking forward to some car and boat videos!

Thanks for the comment, -the initial setup is a bit of an ouch factor but this is a pretty large setup, and it isn't much more than a standard timber raised bed. I've been thinking about doing a cost breakdown over time. -The 5ft spacing was a bit arbitrary but mainly big enough to drive a golf cart between the beds. -everything was filmed on a Samsung phone with the exception of the voice over recording. A rode pod mic was used for that. -I have used a variety trying to learn editing. This video was edited in MAGIX movie studio suite 2023

@@russellsrandomness We have 5 of these beds now- three 32" high 2x8 and two 17" high 2x8. We did not put enough space between the three 32" high beds. When the plants get full grown we can not squeeze between without breaking off some limbs and unfortunately blooms/small veggies. You did a very smart thing putting 5 ft between your beds.
