With this upcoming cheat code for the game Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3, Cell will be able to start the fight in Semi-Perfect form and use the Genkidama when the capsule "Number 17 Absorption" is in his skills tray.
He also won't be able to transform into his Perfect Form during the fight.

Dans ce code de triche (pas encore fini) pour le jeu vidéo Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3, Cell pourra débuter les matchs en tant que Cell Forme 2 quand la capsule "Absorption de C-17" est dans son inventaire des techniques.
Aussi, quand cette capsule est dans son inventaire, il ne pourra plus atteindre sa Forme Parfaite en cours de combat.
