Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 Cheats : Hyper Mode Timer reduced (So the IA CAN'T SPAM Dragon Rushes)

In Budokai 3, the CPU has a tendancy to spam Hyper Mode and Dragon Rushes. This cheat code created by me and NIM aims at preventing that by making the Hyper Mode last only a couple of seconds : Enough long so the Dragon Rushes and Ultimate moves are still usable when timed right but short enough to avoid long pursuits and the IA doing Dragon Rushes again and again.
Same for the fatigue recovery time, it has been reduced to one second :
The goal here is that the Hyper Mode can be used tactically and not for spamming Dragon Rushes.

Ce code de triche pour le jeu Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 vise à corriger l'un des défauts du jeu : La capacité de la console à abuser des Dragon Rushes.
Pour ça, la durée du mode Hyper a été drastiquement réduite ainsi que le temps de récupération si le joueur active ce mode et ne réussit pas à placer une technique ultime ou un Dragon Rush.

Some way to make the cheat potaras of DBZBT3 work on the DBZBT4 beta XPRO? to make it clear, all cheats are working on the original game but the potara value 1 don't work on the modded game, the rest does.

Hi Grognougnou, I had a quick question about a possible cheat. If you're not aware inside of DU, with Gohan and Krillin respectively, you actually fight Goku with a Scouter. This is obviously supposed to represent Ginyu Goku, but since this is just a costume for Goku, Goku has all his attacks and even his voice. So it's clear this an NPC only costume and is unusuable. Doing some digging I found out that this was Goku's third costume and when I tried to force load it via Cheat Engine [It's costume 3, 0=Normal Gi 1=EoZ, 2=Destroyed Gi 3 is Scouter 4= Halo], it just loads either his Halo costume or his Destroyed Gi costume. So I assume you need it unlocked for it to be possible... But as we know that's impossible. I noticed you made a cheat [A BADASS one at that] for Budokai 1 that allowed you to use the story-exclusive costumes in versus. I'm curious and here's my question, do you think it's possible to make a cheat to FORCE load Goku's costume 3 into battle like inside of your Budokai 1 cheat? I'm of course not asking you to make it ahah, I'm just curious if it's possible to make a cheat like that. [P.S.] It's the same in Infinite World too, at least from my testing.

Hi. If you have my pnach file for Budokai 3, I added Goku with a Scouter as Ginyu's Costume 2.

@@grognougnou I actually did see that, and it's a very awesome cheat! But do you think it's possible for the costume to be unlocked on Goku over Ginyu? For example so Goku has his Kamehameha and all his other skills rather than Ginyu's? I'm definitely very curious on that!

@@TheTopWarden Actually, Ginyu Goku is the 5th costume for Goku but for the moment it isn't possible to make it appears on the Selection Wheel. However it is possible to replace one of his first 4th costume with it with cheat codes.
Is it possible to have dragon rush not be activated on purpose?
I noticed that you update your cheats, but i can't found "Start the matches" cheats, did you add it?

No, this cheat code is composed of 2 big cheat codes and it is not yet finished. It will be released when complete.
