With this cheat code, Piccolo will be able to start fights in different states (Base form, Sync with Neil and fused with Kami) and he won't be able to transform midfights.
In Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3, by default all characters, including Piccolo, start the fights in their base form and transform into their last form during the matches. With some characters like Piccolo, who become more powerful by absorbing others characters, it wasn't realistic, so this is an attempt at fix this flaw in the game.

Avec ce code pour le jeu Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3, Petit Coeur pourra commencer ses combats soit dans sa forme de base, soit synchronisé avec Neil, soit fusionné avec Kami. Aussi, il ne pourra plus se transformer pendant les combats.
Le voir fusionner tout seul avec une animation de transformation en cours de combat, ce n'était pas réaliste.
Ce code "de triche", qui sera bientôt disponible, essaie de corriger ce défaut du jeu.
