    Whoa this ends up looking amazing with either method. Definitely making steak and potatoes this weekend, since I have everything but the Pom. Thanks so much for these seasonal recipes - sad the fall season is over - it’s honestly been so fun to cook along and find new fave recipes.

    Easier version of what I just browsed over for a vegan steak & mostly preferred by me. Thanks that I can enjoy eating steak-vegan style & super easy & ingredients I commonly found in my kitchen. The BEST!!!

    Wow! Can't wait to try this one. I've been trying different things with tofu but this looks so easy. I may try freezing the tofu before and/or after the marinade to give it a little extra texture.

    yay!!! yeah it is a fun way to prepare! i did initially test it with freezing and it was good. i just was trying to keep this one easy. i froze it in the marinade!! which is a good way to do it!

    This is a really interesting way to prepare tofu, and I will definitely give it a go now that, after an unseasonably warm week, we're entering an unseasonably cold week. [shrug] Thanks for posting this, and try to relax when you can for the next month after all the hard work you did for summer and fall playlists. : )

    This looks really tasty and creative! Omg, I totally agree that the House Foods tofu is much better/firmer for these kinds of recipes. I made the tofu salmon recipe with the House Foods and it was one of the best things I've ever cooked. I made it again with the Nasoya and I was like...uh what happened, lol. Thanks for the tips! Definitely making this one 💖

    Another awesome & yummy 😋 recipe Francesca. Sad😢 this is the last fall/autumn recipe though technically it isn't winter until December because there is 3 months in every season. December, January, February (Winter), March, April, May (Spring) June, July, August (Summer) September, October, November (Fall/Autumn). Love🥰 the video and love 💞 Francesca. See you in December.

    I've never thought of tofu used to make vegan steak, wow! What if I used liquid smoke and liquid aminos along with pomegranate juice and A1 steak sauce and steak seasoning? Would that be too much or heavy for the tofu to absorb? Thank you 😊

  • @PlantifullyBased

    @PlantifullyBased

    9 ай бұрын

    Yeah me either to be honest!! Yeah that would be totally fine: i wanted to use liquid smoke originally but my store was all out so I just skipped it!! Excited for you to try ❤❤

    It was burnt seasonings, i would prefer not to keep it as the tofu wasn’t really cooking anymore since it was just burning and getting in the way you can keep if it you like

    The grill press version is giving us spam, and the pan fried one looks very liver like. My parents would be thrilled LOL. I don’t need my meat substitutes to be exact dupes. Those look great 🙂
