Stupid question I have same vax i find water empty but sucking up I dont get equal amount of sucking up do u press trigger when going forward an release when u go bk to suck up? Maybe I'm doing it wrong x

Lena Barton Hey Lena, what I personally do to clean the machine is, I take it all apart and rinse it with only water in the sink. The bottom “hoover suction compartment” has a small screw which I unscrew to clean it and then I put the screw back. This is normally after a few times of using. Not after every use. ❤️ I hope this helps x

Since buying this a few months ago. Have you had any problems with it? Iv read quite alot of reviews says it started to leak near the power lead on the back at the bottom

Yes I would still recommend after 9 months, I have recently started to use the handheld add on part for the sofas and mattresses. Absolutely love this product. ❤️
