Do you know you have to “suck up” the wet you have put on the stairs? So once you have done it pressing the trigger to release the water then just use it SLOWELY like a hoover you suck up the soapy suds? The machine also has a option to rinse. So technically you do it on deep or quick wash, then trigger to rinse then suck up any soap suds x

Sorry I didn’t meant to sound like I was telling you :) just thought maybe you didn’t know . To be honest I never use the rinse function but I know you have to like hoover up the wet x

Mine doesn't drain a lot into the empty can. It's stopped sucking it up properly. What did you do to fix it

Check the hose if it’s leaking. Just fix the hose.

Ur shark wasn’t picking up very well, on the handle there’s a carpet and hard floor setting, switch it to carpet and it will pick up better
