    Timmy Turner it has nothing to do with boxing though, a kid could learn this and be just as good, its like the speed ball, i learned the speed ball in no time and its a knack not a foghting tool imo

    Polar Bear define fighting tool, boxing, mma or any fighting dicipline are always sub divided in three aspects: speed, accuracy and strength. speedball helps your hand and eye coordination thus, improving your accuracy.

    Just a general rule of thumb for anybody looking into getting one of these, If you want to make sure the string is the right length for you. Extend the ball in your hand an arm length ahead of you to get desired amount of string. Now use your other hand to hold string position on the head band. Now drop the ball from your extended hand. If you feel a sudden pain in your ball sack, you have the proper length of string.

Don't be mad because your favorite fighter avoids real fights and will only agree to them under ridiculous terms. Mayweather Jr had everything under his own terms and he still lost to a one-armed Pacqman! Don't be angry.

    There are also a whole bunch a exercises to do with these. The first and main one is to shorten the elastic till you have it coming in and out a lot faster. This makes you are to practice knocking things away that are coming toward your face. You tuck in your elbows and box very tight inside. The next one is never leaving your toes. This instantly makes it a LOT more demanding. Another advancement is to punch the ball while in a crouch, installing movement using your lower legs' control mechanisms. There is another way go practice with these which is to walk backward through the house watching and popping the ball as it reacts go walls and doorways. It enhances your surroundings perception and can help you get a LOT better, quick. You can also start striking the ball with a specific part of your hand every time it comes back. This is real difficult and takes a long time to get good at. To very the routine try starting the ball moving using your knees, then going into your routine. ALSO TUCKJNG aTENNIS BALL UNDER YOUR CHIN can teach you about posture, and good balance. DO THIS ONE QUITE A BIT FOR AWHILE. You can also use an exercise band through your belt loops to make this harder... holding a weight in each hand... you can see where that develops you SOME without having go leave wherever you are - at home or a hotel room if your job makes you travel and leaves you nothing to do. There is also practicing standing the ball off with your jab/smear hand and socking the shot out of a bag to get the launches into power punches better timed. Finally for now, there are two more things you can do for your vision and balance. Put on classes of some king and fold up a piece of tissue and block one eye. This will make your vision quite a but better right away and this last one is very, VERY difficult: chase the ball with the lights down real low. This takes a LONG time to master.

    If u wanna master the reflex ball start circular motion of both hands to get a feeling for the rythm. you can be able to do 30 fast punches after 2 days its not as hard as it feels when you first try it. Try to use a technique which allways push the ball into the direction you want it to go, even if you dont hit exactly as planned. Thats why circular motion is good because you can keep up the rythm with eyes closed basically

    this isnt accuracy its pattern recognition. Its like when you use a ball and paddle. You go from not being able to hit it to being to do it with your eye closed. Has your hand eye coordination improved? Yes slightly. But it has more to do with your brain getting use to how the ball is moving and recognizing where it will go if you hit it a certain way. Though it is better than I could ever do.

  • @youngwun446

    @youngwun446

    Artemios Nicola have you ever used a paddle ball? He is literally copying the concept. Both have a string, a bouncy ball and a flat surface( fists vs paddle). String has very little to do with why it is chaotic, it just enhances the mistakes he makes n gives him less time to correct them. The reason it's more pattern recognition is because all his senses are sending him lil micro signals saying hey, the way that ball just came off your fist you know that it's going to go high n to the right. Even the noise it makes is a pattern. He hits it just right n makes the same sound Every time. This time though it made a funny noise when it came off your fist. Couple that with how it felt n your brain has already narrowed it down to where the ball is coming back coming back. Repetition n pattern recognition don't make superior coordination. It's like a guy spending a year to play one song vs a guy who played the same song the first time he saw it.
