These man is Damn beautiful in every aspect of the word, has millions, ise super talent, one of kind, kind hearted etc. Sometimes I look at myself and ask why couldnt at least have fracton of these guy has. What did I do I'm my past life that was i cursed to not be able to just walk on 2 legs that don't even work? Why even give me legs that they don't work from begening at born? Sry bad English. Not first languages. I practices everyday still but is hard cause tires from mobile chair block elbows when I try and throw punches for the last 2 years. I know I couldnt beat anyone if they try to harm me cause of my condition but I just like the way boxing make me feel. And I following loma since day 1. He is best boxer in my eyes. Want to one day watch him fight in person. Have been Saving up to do it maybe 6 more months of saving and I have enough to go 👍

Few things i wish for. For my family to always be healthy, To be a good fighter, and to meet a gal who would be happy ringside or side of mat watching me train. hahaha

This takes like a whole day to get good at and he’s doing it even harder because he’s not using a super elastic string and he’s using a harder tennis ball so it increases the difficulty if you have the foam ones with the super elastic string you know what I’m talking about those even hurt your hand after a while with the red ball so the tennis ball loma is using makes it harder

They need to develop something like this where you can punch at full speed. Otherwise, these are just half speed punches and the timing on those vs a moving target is much different than the timing on full speed punches. With these slow punches he can wait until the ball gets closer and just bump the ball at half speed, whereas with fast, full extension punches like he would be throwing in a fight, the timing is different, they get their faster, he doesnt have to lead the target as much as he would with slower full extension punches, which isn't even what he's doing here because these are just slower, not full extension, not true punches at all. I'm sure the drill is still good for concentration and coordination, but you're not really drilling real punches on a moving target. When Marriaga moved his head fast and constantly, Lomachenko still had some trouble hitting him just like anyone else. The goal should be to find a drill that drastically improves that, and I don't think this is it.
