Lomachenko needs to be studied by beginners and everyone wanting to box in general. People think he’s too advanced, but he just has a mastery over the basics that everyone should know.

anyone a tiny bit familiar with the sport of boxing knows that this is art. perfecting the standards and taking them to a level that nobody can expect or understand.

Shadow boxing is hard for people who don’t focus on the mental aspect of boxing. They don’t visualize their opponent in front of them. Practicing what their coach taught them applying everything you were told to do.

Could study all of his training videos in slow-mo for way too long at a time... His movements are so crisp. Can't wait to see him fight again!

Yes i agree amir khan has a speed among manny and loma but his speed of punch only in one stroke no more angle ONLY ONE STROKE Specialy he go into the ring no agles.. thats why he is fast but is not far compare to manny speed of punch and also has an agles doing combination of punch every punch has power thats my own observation.. and also loma more angles speed punch combination and also fast but no power ..
