Finally she gets her routine together. She was a gymnast with such bright future. Her floor routine was nice with good tumbling passes and great dancing expression. She was great at bb removing the onidi. However, with time she became so inconsistent. I believe this is her most important Medal in her career

I can’t believe she’s still doing the “Onodi” because the rest of the routine is fantastic! I use quotes because it’s not remotely what that skill should look like. Love the originality!

Interesting combination… gainers are so rare now! I wonder what the connection bonus is because a gainer handspring is B right? Tbh I think it should deserve more cv because a gainer seems more difficult than just a plain handspring

love that she does an actual front handspring with rebound. there's something about the Onodi that isn't doing it for me but other than that its quite the routine

It's because when she does her onodi she goes straight into a handstand with her legs straight in the air THEN she starts her front walkover. Onodis usually are done into a handstand with the legs in a split position which then goes into a walkover.

what a great routine, very difficult and flowing, great flexibility, a bit shaky but if she nail this routine and upgrade her dismount, this exercise could be a potential podium at the Olympics

Agree! A little clean up and this definitely puts her on the podium! Skill level aside, it’s the most unique routine I’ve seen in a long, long time. That will make it stand out.

@@miguelgarcia9432 Seda and Grishina both made to the Olympics, and got some other medals at international level, but they were extremely promising juniors who got burned out by Rodionenkos. Not to even mention how Grishina was treated by her own family, my heart still breaks for her. I hope she found happiness with her husband and child.

@@miguelgarcia9432 they may have gone to the Olympics but they peaked as juniors similarly and had disastrous Olympic experiences. Just watch their routines especially Seda. They were both the weak links on the team. And Alexandrov was fired after 2012 bc Russia won the silver. And they lost out on gold because he made the decision to put Greshina on the team. Yes there were other mistakes but she was the main contributor to their loss

Wow so good i prefer them and china than those US gymnasts who throw big skills with fugly form and bad rhythm. Only exception is sunisa lee and leanne wong(Welp both of them are asian americans too)

Are we watching the same routine? Lol This is like Mykayla Skinner 2.0 just with straight legs and pointed feet. Everything is so heavy, clunky, and performed with poor technique.

Sunisa, Leanne, Kara, Morgan, Riley and many, many other American gymnasts performs much much better on fx and bb in terms of choreography, fluidity, dance, execution etc. I know we tend to keep going round and round about American's being robotic and Russians being artistic and balleticetc, but it's not like every American gymnast has the lack of musicality of Jade or Simone. And quite frankly, I'd say only Vlada has a decent fx choreo and dance from the current team. The rest is below average.

I absolutely do NOT agree that Simone's routines lack musicality or even Jade's. It all has to do with how a gymnast WORKS their routine. How well they do that can be JUDGED according to the code of points but other than that what is being proffered here is people's OWN ideas and OPINIONS which of course they are entitled to. It is not FACT though.
