It's nice to see someone doing something on Valheim again! Love this base, it's really nice, feels homey! So many things I'm going to try to use, though I don't know if I'll do as well. Great Job!

I was lucky enough to find a good seed which has an Elder alter very close to the trader. I was also fortunate enough to have it facing in the cardinal compasspoints, meaning I could wall out the underside 14 x14 and have a nice neat walled off square above my head. Plant trees everywhere outside the area so Trolls can't pass (he he) I like your build and thanks for the showcase it was wonderful.

For your bridge, you can dig a small enough ditch that it creates the straight edges and do a U. Then link the land to the bridge but leave a tiny gap in the flooring. It allows you to run onto the bridge without falling through and it cuts the pathing for the mobs. Theres tutorials on youtube that shows you different designs.

I've seen people use the door stacking method, seems to work, and doesn't look all that bad. I think her bridge is too long for a gap though... ?
@D1str1ct

@@chrispkritter5433 Thats why i said to dig the ditch and do it at the start. So the mobs will never be able to access the bridge at all.

Good job on the build! The smoke particles are a lot bigger than they look and need almost a full meter square to get through. They do also have a v short life span though, so you can make a tunnel at the back, and they will disappear after a few blocks. Not sure if u can cover the hole with banners or not, not tested that.

Nice build. Hiding half the forge upgrades behind a wall is cheating.😄jk I routinely build overhangs on my buildings so I can put some workbench and forge items outside. I really liked the cupboard storage, I'll be using that one. I'm pretty sure it's the rock above your jacuzzi smoke hole that's the problem.
