    I love how you come across and your time of voice. I have problems with daily dizziness and when I get into cold water I almost feel like falling, any idea why this happens? I appreciate your insight on this🙏🏻

    Very helpful. I had my first panic attack, and my body remained in fight/flight mode long after, it was awful! 😬 I’ve been experiencing my body feeling anxious but without any discernible external reason. These techniques , along with other vagus nerve techniques, help my body to calm down Thanks 🙏🏻

    Hello! Very cool you're seeing this over in Bulgaria. Unfortunately, nothing that I can recommend. Best thing is to check with your doctor, get a full bloodwork done and see what areas you might be able to increase or decrease in terms of vitamins and minerals. Wishing you the best 😊

    Crying releases resistance, so while it may feel embarassing to do so, you'll feel better if you can express what you're feeling. Hopefully it's in a situation where you can excuse yourself, but if not, just go with it. Today's society is much more understanding than it used to be :0).

    Good question, eating disorders can have many layers, often related to trauma. Trauma relates to our vagal nerve function. I'd say inquire more with a local practitioner who specializes in ED. All the best!

    Yup...I do use cold water or ice on my face, neck, head and hands to activate my PS when having anxiety or a panic attack. Sometimes helps sometimes doesn't. But is definitely a good trick to know. I also massage or apply pressure on certain areas on my face, ears, hands. In addition my partner massages my legs gently when I have a panic attack and start shaking really bad. It helps my body to calm down and feel present. Great tips! 🙏✨🫶
