This was a lot of fun to watch. I'm stuck inside studying all the time for the next couple of months and I'm envious. Hoping to get some time to play this summer.

If the D1 guy couldn't move due to pain then it figures why it was closer than it should have. Very entertaining though.

Rules clarification…if the ball had hit Majeed after it hit the net on the serve, it would have been a let, re-serve, not the server’s point. Also, Lotti doesn’t want to date any of you clowns in the comments and she can beat your ass on the tennis court.

At 3:24 according to the rules, the point goes to the serving side. It's not fair play but it's in the rules ;)

At 3:25 when the club woman hit the D1 college man. That was the club player's point and no second serve should have taken place.

First of all Michelle is Krazy.😜 She's a funny honey. Winston finally clocked legitimate first serves. He has been using a second serve for his first serve until this match. Winston mentioned team D1, played D1 college. He failed to mention what level(s) he and his partner played.

You guys are lucky to have stronger women tennis players around. Here in South Africa (Durban) there are almost none at men's club level so there is never any competitive mixed doubles.

the point at 3;25 was actually won by Club. If you serve into the net player, it's your point, not a fault.

Why wouldn’t you pair Lotti with Winston against the others to make it more competitive?

Ryan on the opposite side of Lotti would be a good matchup. Both have beautiful groundstrokes and pinpoint precision on both hands. Ryan has more spin on his forehand though

I don't think it matters that the ball hit the net. Technically the serve is in play until it lands on the court (supposedly, the guy didn't touch the ball, and there was a strong gust of wind that blew the ball to land on the service box, that would be a let and first serve). So what happened there is the 'wrong' player 'interfered' with the serve. Point should go to the serving team.

@@qianhuang59 I think you may be right. Since the best outcome when the ball hit the net is a let, even when the receiving side interfere, logically it should still be a let.
