In a Flashback Interview with Lehren Retro, veteran actor P. Jairaj expressed that movies made in the Indian Film Industry during his era were highly inspired & learnt by American Films. He also praised the actors working in the same including Douglas Fairbanks, Richard Talmadge, Eddie Polo, Paul White & others. Jairaj also elaborated about his contemporaries like Sulochana, D. Billimoria, Gohar Mamajiwala, P.K Raja Sandow, Mehtab & Durga Khote in a much respectful manner. The film star revealed playing the main lead role in 165 movies out of the 300 movies in which he acted in. The Raj Mukut fame personality revealed that actors in those times used to garner more love and affection from fans & fraternity despite the money being involved was comparatively less. उस ज़माने में उर्दू की और अच्छी ज़बान की बहुत अहमियत थी। मैं हिन्दू ब्राह्मण हूँ और विदेशियों को भाषायें (ज़बान) पढ़ाता हूँ। मैंने ख़ास तौर पर उर्दू ज़बान सीखी। इससे मेरी हिन्दी में और भी धार आ गई।🥰 ان دنوں اردو زبان اور اچھی زبان (ہندی یا کوئی اور) بہت اہم تھی۔ میں ایک ہندو برہمن ہوں اور زبان کا استاد ہوں اور غیر ملکی طلباء کو ہندی اور اردو سکھاتا ہوں۔ اردو کے علم نے میری ہندی کو ایک کنارہ دیا ہے۔

Us zamane mei Rupya bahut mazboot tha , 1975 yah aas pass dollar aur rupya ki value ek jaisi thi. Aaj ek dollar 83 rupee hai. Mai apni baat kahoon , Mai Ek gulf desh se Mumbai aya tha, mere pass 3000 rupee the ( 1980) mai 3 mahine raha mumbai mei, bahut mazeh kiye, , Agra, Tajmahal bhi gaya , sirf 3000 rupee mei.
