I felt like I actually learned about all aspects of breakout rooms from this tutorial. Too many videos seem to be concerned on showing me how fast they can click thru features, but don't really teach you anything! If you start here you can ignore those! I'm off to see what else Marcia Chadly has to offer!

Breakout room controls appear when there are multiple people in a call. You can experiment witht them by starting a Zoom session and then joining it yourself from another device. I'm not sure what situation you are asking about doing in presenter mode. This screen share video may help kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z4KO3LJvcq6fmNY.html

Hi Linda, Here is a Zoom support article that may be helpful - support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/209605493-Sending-a-file-in-a-meeting FYI - When people go into breakout rooms they no longer see the full Zoom chat. The chat they have access to is limited to their breakout room. The last I knew the host can send a message but that goes into a small notice box at the top of the screen - not into the chat.

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. The host can move between breakout rooms. You can also have multiple breakout rooms and for each new breakout session can either use the same groups or create new one. Does that help?

@@ChadlyCreativeConsulting I am asking for a college art class of 19 people. To have full critiques of all their work takes too long. Instead, 15 minutes sessions of 4 people each could meet for critiques while the rest of the class keeps working on their projects.
