Marcia Chadley does a really nice job explaining Zoom. She walks you through it, anticipates your questions, and gives plenty of detail while making it easy to understand. I also listened to her video on Zoom breakout rooms which was also very helpful and enjoyable.

Marcia, you do a great job here of explaining Zoom to beginners, going steadily and not rushing through everything like other presenters who act as if they have a train to catch. It worked! Very helpful, clear video. Audio was so good I didn't even need the closed-captioning. :-) I was able to follow along and do most of the things you demonstrated. Suggestion for next update: as you are demonstrating features that are not included in the free account (such as break-out rooms, and audio selection option on the "Schedule Meeting" screen), it would be helpful to let people know that they need a paid account to see those features.

I'm so glad it was helpful and you could hear well! Breakout rooms should be available on the free plan - unless that has recently changed. There is a setting in the Zoom web settings that turns breakout rooms off and on. Maybe that is turned off in your settings.
