most usefull tutorial so far. thx.
I went through much of the same configuration recently. I find bspwm really flexible. You can even have different icon/colours for workspaces that have windows that urgently demanding attention and stuff like that. Swapping between fullscreen and tiled the default way is a bit clunky. In my sxhkd config I separated them out to toggle like you'd normally expect. I bet you already did this.
