I just wanted to do a quick video demo showcasing passthrough mode on the Quest 3. I also wanted to show how it looks when you have 3 screens up.
This was recorded internally sitting in my living room. This feature is probably 1 of the coolest things it can do that also rivals the vision pro. I also have image stability turned on to 'low' so this Is why you get the occasional black bars.
What are your thoughts?

Cool video! How do you make the screen curve like that and put the apps separated? Mine's all apps are in a big flat screen and I cant make than bigger like you did.

Hey P, What you want to do is adjust the display option. Click the screen at the bottom on the blue hovering menu. This should bring you into the curved mode. Alternatively, you can do it in the menu under settings as well! Thanks for tuning In, what have you been playing on your quest? And make sure you are grabbing the bottom corner then expanding it!

Lol. I tried typing using only my hands and i was like: "wait, why use only 1 hand, can i use both? " and tried it. After a few minutes of getting the hang of it: i was typing pretty good using both index fingers to type faster, it's actually pretty cool.

Can we get this say thing, but showing off the spacial? So put the windows in different location around the house so it also shows the pass-through output as well how well it remembers where screens are.

I will do a follow up video to this and upload it. Thanks for tuning in, I do wish you could do more than 3 screens but tbh 3 screens is enough. I’ll the to upload it today !

hi i just have one question! I'm deciding between quest 2 for 310 euros and quest 3 for 570 euros, I like the AR in Quest 3 is it really that good? (I haven't had any VR so far) thanks for reply

I think it is, it's an upgrade in every way but I have friends who are still enjoying the Quest 2. You'll prob save $$ longterm by getting the Quest 3! From my research it's better in every way.

@@11.Pierre if it wasn't for AR, I would have taken Quest 2 right away :) but as I know myself I would regret it :) I will buy quest 3 and if will i don't like AR, I'll return it and buy Quest 2 and especially I like the look of Quest 3, it looks so futuristic, I'm looking forward to trying VR for the first time, it will be a huge step for me 😅 by the way, thanks for the quick reply 👊 I subscribed, thanks again :)

Hmmm, I’d prob still take the PS5. I like the idea of apps, augmented reality games and the portability. I still believe the PS5 or even the Xbox one has overall better games.

Thanks for this video. It really shows how much better AVP is. It is amazing to see how you could not even complete the most simple tasks that I was able to do almost immediately with the AVP. It would drive me crazy to have all those windows right in front of me. I like to be able to put them anywhere in the room I want.

lol the hand tracking just needs some slight tuning, not sure if you can adjust the sensitivity but it’s definitely enjoyable. I’m using the AVP as well right now, and both are pretty cool (which we both know) What are you using your AVP for mainly? And yeah of course the apple product is simple to use, that’s their speciality imo! Thanks for the feedback though.
