Sadly, I have been using the red light therapy "skull cap" known as the Coronet twice a day consistently since August 2023, and here we are at the end of 2023 and I have not noticed any improvement at all with my Parkinson's. It has been quite discouraging. However, I will continue to use it and hope for the best.

I am confused, I heard an expert talking about far infrared being important more than near infrared, because far infrared goes deeper. Near infrared reaches only skin deep isn't it!?

Google for "full body red light panel" and you should find a lot of products. The ones built as "tanning beds" are very expensive, the smaller ones at perhaps 12 by 36 inches are more like $1000 USD. You can only benefit from a certain amount of light in one day, so "more is better" only up to a point, then "more is worse". I used my Platinum LED BioMax 900 for 15 minutes per day, split into two 7.5 minutes sessions on different side of my body, and felt that it helped many things ... mood, eyesight, hearing, sense of smell, weight loss. Including a motorized stand, it was just under $2000 US.
