Why don't you write user stories describing the task? Like "As a Twitter user , I want to be able to login to be able to tweet"?

Good question. I am not a fan of the As a Twitter user format because I find it's too much noise. The word "Login" has always been enough for me. I know why we need to login. And I would much rather track one or two word stories like that than all the other boiler plate. Makes it too hard to figure out what the story is and remove all the noise. But if you like that format go for it. I would rather have the conversation with my team though and drop all the extra words. Cheers

I'm a Japanese company employee and I'm working on promoting Agile within our company. This video was very clear and I would like to put Japanese subtitles on it. Could you change the settings?

Wow! Do you have a book? I need to buy your book. This tutorial made User Story simplistic and fun. Thanks a lot!

Subject matter is good. Delivery, just a wee fast for me. In other words, after listening, I am not able to retain much of what was heard. Just a little slower in the pace of the delivery would make it perfect.

Thanks for the f/b Cecil. If you want to go through this and the other material at a slower pace. Be sure to check out the book. pragprog.com/book/jtrap/the-agile-samurai Cheers - Jonathan

Thanks. I will because some times, you listen one and not much sinks in. Then when you listen again, you start to get it right. It's just that when the pace is a bit fast, you are aware why it takes a bigger effort to retain. It may not be the case for others.

@Cecil D'Souza - Remember the video settings (the little wheel, bottom right, when you mouse over the video) allow you to slow down or speed up the video playback. What might be fast or slow to you may be the opposite to others. So the speed control is great to cater for everyone.
