Nice video. Important point about what kills projects. It might be useful to clarify about "changing teams." Agile development fits better for a reasonably stable team working on various work, rather than a varying team working on the same work, over time.
Hi I'm a Japanese company employee and I'm working on promoting Agile within our company. This video was very clear and I would like to put Japanese subtitles on it. Could you change the settings?
In many ways this is a great way to do projects. But in a World of tendens and bids I don't see how this is possible. When bidding You have to give fixed price for the feature set and a stated last delivery date, and to me that seems inkompatible with Agile. What do you say?

key2adventure couldn’t agree more with you.... especially if you are implementing a very huge and complex IT system, Agile isn’t gonna work as it’s gonna be very expensive
