ghaida h depends where you are mate. Look at Amazon if not in Australia/NZ or England. Otherwise JB HiFi is good or even (and this is my favourite) eBay it!

Do a google search of the book title in your country and it should come up with various online book sellers. You can browse these and choose which one you want.

hi hugh, im a big fan , and i saw a long time sgo, that you made food for some firemen, it was only food eith no meed. you made a curry dish , and som kind of patties i think they are named. i cant find the recept on them. i made the currydish a lot of times , and it is so good. can you give me the recept on the patties. thanks so much for all you do , with your greit cooking

What a rubbish final reveal, you couldnt see what it looked like at all.

If this (video and cake) had been made by an American housewife, it'd be 15-20 mins and contain a whole lot of incomprehensible and unrelated waffling.
