Ayurvedic powders. Please do it. Your hair will transform. Give amla and moringa a try. We have the same pattern and porosity so I'm pretty sure you'll love it. The first time I tried it I was shooked. Take a tblsp of the two and mix them in a deep conditioner. Leave it in your hair for 30 mins and rinse. Wash, condish, use a mask to retain moisture in your curls. Bam💥. Your curls will be back. I promise you!

@@leanne5162 honestly Elvive's extraordinary coconut oil mask is really good for moisturizing my curls. But If you're asking what kind of deep conditioner I would use to mix the ayurvedic powders with, any deep conditioner will do. I would recommend something hydrating and cheap. It's not that important, it's just a base for the real ingredients, meaning the ayurvedic powders.

HELP? my hair was pin straight until i turned 8, then it slowly got frizzier and frizzier until it was curly: 3b curls, super duper thick hair, coarse texture. next, in my midteens, i straightened it for 2 whole years, using a flat iron 2-4 times a week. after 2 years, my hair breaks easily and has a lot of split ends, but it wasnt all that damaged, when it was straightened it still was flowy and shiny, and when wet, it still reverts to curly very quick! so this summer, i decided to not straighten it and keep it curly all summer. i cut off 4 inches. ive been using diy hair masks(which work btw!) and deep conditioners w protein or moisturizing ones. my hair is super soft and healthy, with very few split ends. and ive only stopped straightening it for 1.5 months(i straightened it twice tho cuz of events, but i used the revlon blow dry brush, not a titanium flat iron like usual). and now my hair is so nice and soft and fluffy, and i think ive nailed the curly hair routine too!!! defined, but still soft and shiny! the only is, my hair isnt ringlets like how it used to be, its more 3a than 3b now. it might be because of the heat, but my hair wasnt that damaged, i mean, it had split ends and breakage, but it reverted back to curly when wet, so it wasnt severe heat damage. could it be the heat that caused my curl pattern to go from 3b to 3a? or could it just be hormones. cuz hormones is what caused my hair to go from pin straight to 3b in the first place. and im still a teen. so could hormones be caused my hair to turn looser? i would love if anyone could help? cuz idk if i can get my ringlets back or if my curl pattern is actually changing through hromones. like, if it is heat damage which made it go from 3b-3a, then i can get the 3b back. but if it is hormones, then my hair will stay 3a no matter how healthy it is.

My recommendations are Try olapex, clarifying hair weekly, light weight leave in to not weigh hair down, if low porosity use heat during leave in stage. Protein moisture balance is so important. If you hair is limp it might need protein even just a shampoo with protein will make a huge difference.

When I was a little girl, my hair was 3b mostly and some strands were 3c, I am trying to get back the same hair texture that I used to have (when I was little, me and my mum didn't know any proper techniques on how to look after my curls). Right now, my hair is 2c-3a and I'm trying to go for more volume and learn how to use a diffuser to get volume as I really struggle using one, you channel and other channels have helped a lot with this so thank you very much for your amazing videos 😊

Hey honey! I just wanted to reply to your comment since we’ve been on the same boat. My number one tip will always be low manipulation. Loser curl pattern don’t appreciate being brush styled going through 10 steps routines. If your hair is fine, avoid cream and use mousse and a bit of gel instead. I saw a huge difference once i’ve stopped using creams. My last advice would be to keep in mind that hair texture can change drastically as you grow older and your hormones change. I am 24 now and my hair is mostly 2c/3a even tho as i child it was all 3b/3c. The length of your hair also matters. My hair is down to my belly button now, and the 2c pattern really comes from the weight of my hair. Hope this helps!

I've had a really weird part of hair on my crown area, it was basically straight and frizzy, while the top of my hair is about 3a, and the bottom is 3b, it just didn't fit in, so I started using the denman brush to try to form a wave on that part, and it helped, a lot, I don't need to use it anymore, it at least waves on it's own. I've used that technique when you curl the hair around the handle. Please give it another chance, at least on the struggling curls, it might help to train your curls back to the original glory, not that it's not glorious now though 😁

I never used to have to try as hard as I am now to get my curls to curl and I no longer have the spirals I used to. I want to stop using the Denman and see what changes happen I just find it difficult when my hair won’t curl with that help. Thank you for this video!! @@elinakheirkhah3451 - Oh I meant like have you changed your products/routine? If your hairs flat I would recommend keeping heavy products off the roots, clarifying, and when styling, like if you brush style, go upwards, so they don’t dry flat. I was having some bad problems with my 3a/3b curls and it turns out my Shea Moisture brand changed their formula, they put the protein as the 1st ingredient, so I completely cut out protein, and now my curls got no “umpf” so I added a protein treatment and they seem to be doing good. I have a mix of hair though, where some curls are more 2c and some are 3b. Maybe pixie diffuse, plop or scrunch as well. Promote curl definition. Brush style.. there’s a lot to it😪 I wish it was easier for us
