Every time I've gone to record gameplay from any system I was playing, I've noticed things felt off while playing them in OBS/my capture software. Even games I play frequently on my Switch don't feel right, and PSP games feel absolutely terrible compared to when I'm not capturing Footage. I couldn't tell if it was input lag or a halved FPS. It turns out, it's been a mix of both.
