Secrets of sea turtle nests. Amazing things happen along Florida beaches each May till November. Several types of Large sea turtles paddle up out of the ocean to dig nests and lay hundreds of eggs.
We were lucky enough to be able to get a camping spot at Gamble Rogers State Park at the beach in early July. While there we learned about these fascinating creatures and the labor intensive process of documenting their nests and hatchlings.
