EPIC VIEW and STEEP DESCENTS: Wheelchair Mountain Biking in theTeton Mountains
Steep Mountains, a gorgeous view of the Tetons, and ski lifts to get us to the top..We've never tried mountain biking at a ski resort, so the Wydaho Rendezvous in Alta, Wyoming (near the border of Idaho, hence the name Wydaho) offered a great opportunity to give it a try.
After a nerve wracking RV drive along the infamous Teton Pass we arrived at the Grand Targhee Ski Resort where we joined hundreds of other cyclists for a weekend of epic downhill and cross country mountain biking.

Looks like Fun. Interesting Fact that I learned today: injuries from falling are mispositional. That means your bones are designed to move when you trip but that allows you to reposition yourself somewhat. Majority of the major stuff is actually when your sense of position doesn't match with the body's actual position (My brother is using a cane after getting tripped over last month.) It's actually part of the science behind how Brian was able to get his first therapy successfully done and my brother is able to exercise for the same reason. The human body is really incredible!
