Oatmeal does have gluten. In Australia there is no way to list it as gluten free. (Some are wheat free) but state that gluten cannot be measured. I Am so very confused.

Dear Dr Gupta, thank you for sharing your invaluable information with us. I have tow points which I would kindly ask you to address. Lectin and glyphosate. We live in Turkey and the pesticide mentioned is used without proper regulation. Lectin is a havoc causing so how would you recommend we eat oats knowing that oats are laced with lectin and glyphosate? Thank you in advance!

WARNING i have contacted several companies in australia regarding this gluten free steel cut oats. I am told there is NO oats which are gluten free. Amazon has listed these oats as gluten free, yet the packaging DOES NOT STATE THIS. i checked regarding this Australian brand and no they are not gluten free, amazon will be asked about this false advertising.

What if you are doing the keto diet to lose weight. It sounds good, but I’ve lost 32 lbs so far on keto and I want to stick to the strict super healthy version till I get very near my goal weight. Then I’ll switch to a more low carb level and not so strict very low carb keto. I have lupus and hashimoto’s so that 32 lbs in 2.5 months is a huge accomplishment. It’s hard to tell me at this point that keto doesn’t work. Also, my autoimmune symptoms are nearly gone. I’ve tried many diets, this one has worked for me. Thank you.

Cut out all sugar - stay with monk fruit and stevia and take Magnesium L-Threonate 3 times a day. I have Hasimoto's and this has worked wonders for me in getting rid of weight and feeling calm. I also walk a lot and got rid of belly fat along with sit ups once it started to decrease.

I make mine in a large bowl at night. I add dry oatmeal with ripe mashed banana for sweetness and may add some peanut butter, chia and flaxseeds or frozen berries with a scoop of vanilla protein powder and cinnamon. In the morning I add unsweetened vanilla almond milk.Delicious and quick! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. ❤️

@@saqueradry3629 i mentioned this on another video and he did reply. He said something to the effect that it depends on the person. No surprise there. Have you looked into eating fermented foods, like pickles or fermented tomatoes? Also look into castor oil packs. Start castor oil packs on the liver first for a few months, then try them over your thyroid. I'm no Dr, but I have been doing a lot of research and people seemed to be helped by this.
