What a beauty showing off with all those blooms. I like that pot you used for the orchid.bI really wish that I could have an orchid that I wouldn't kill. The only one I have now is the orchid cactus. Thanks for sharing and have a blessed and plant filled new year🎊🎉😘❤.

Yea...this one has really showed out this year and the fragrance is so strong...I brought it inside to enjoy and it filled up my bathroom and bedroom...it is intense and I love it! ...and Ruthie it is a rumor that orchids are hard to take care of...it's just a matter of understanding the plants and how they work as with any plant. There are some that are so easy to take care that they practically take care of themselves. You just have to find the right ones that can adapt well to your environment. I am hoping that one day you open up your heart to giving them a try...it's unbelievable how many endless varieties there are. HAPPY NEW YEAR DEAR FRIEND...I am hoping that you are blessed beyond measure and more than you could ever imagine.

Thank you so much for thinking of me...unfortunately we will be preparing and saving up money to go to the Tamiami International Festival. So I may have to miss this one this year. But I do promise that I will make an effort to attend. I would love to see what they have.

All of my orchids that were potted in these breadbaskets are growing wonderfully. They make containers for orchids that like to travel. LOL! WISHING YOU A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Thank you, It's been warm here...but we have been getting some pretty dreary weather. It is supposed to get cold over the weekend...I am definitely not looking forward to that! Stay warm and I will see you in the orchid place to be!!!

Beautiful orchid. Love the use of the bread basket for the pot. Good information. Like how you clarify terminology as you use it (bifoliate, e.g.) so that others can understand. Where can I find this orchid? Thanks for your informative videos. Have a safe, healthy and happy New Year.

I actually have not found this orchid in any of the nurseries I've visited...I had ordered this one online on eBay. I am wishing you and your family a very HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR!

I always learn something new from your videos💙 Question: on a previous video of your garden you showed us an Alligator plant. I recently lost mine which I had for almost a decade and have been looking high and low for a replacement. Do you know of any vendors who may have some for purchase?

Love these but having a hard time finding one for sale. Like, anywhere 😮 Any suggestions? Pointers?

Hi Maria I have a question...I used to live in Tallahassee Florida and had over 50 phalenopsis orchids.then I moved two hours south by the beach and I put the orchids outside like I did in Tallahassee and within a year they all died.with some thinking I thought it might have been the salt air.I want to get your oppion..

WOW! All 50 orchids had died. Yea that would lead me to believe since they all died and if the only major change was the move, that it would have something to do with the new location and atmosphere. I have heard of how plants have been effected by the amount of salt in the air when living close to the beach so it is a very likely chance that it did have a lot to do with it. Are you still living by the beach? If so you may want to conduct an experiment by getting two inexpensive orchids and growing one outdoors and growing one indoors. You would be able to compare the two and find out if in fact it is the outdoor condition that is having a terrible consequence on the orchids. I am so sorry to hear about such a horrible experience and I am hoping you haven't given up on the wonderful hobby of growing these beautiful plants.
