Sir you've shown few venture layouts stating they've started in 2007, one among them is the bbg true grande's layout, they are trying to sell us that now, is it really from the ventures of 2007? Could you please give us confirmation that wheather we can take a land over there if it's not properly maintained? And also they stated that they would maintain the place, can we expect that in the future?

few areas covered in the video like mansanpalli and maheshwaram are close to srisailam highway and honestly more activity is going on thukkuguda kandukur stretch than on Banglore highway.. even without considering pharmacity, srisailam highway looks better than bang highway.. If pharamacity thing happens at least in next 10 yrs.. then no looking back.

Yes, We too believe that Srisailam highway > Bangalore Highway , but anyways investing in those mentioned locations is going to be profitable for sure.

@@himajabobba3023 Even if you exclude 111GO area which ends at Thimmapur, Still Thimmapur is not far to prime area like Kokapet (36KM- 45mints via ORR). And price near by Thimmapur area are still cheaper than areas near Srisailam Highway like Maheswaram,Mohabatnagar etc...,

Example: Thimmapur distance is 36KM (45 mints via ORR) to Kokapet and prices are also cheaper when compared to Maheswaram or Mohabatnagar etc.., Also Thimmapur, Kothur has Rail connectivity as compared to Srisailam Highway... Also now Metro would be nearer to Banglore highway compared to Srisailam highway. Also request you to mention about plans of My Home group around this area Can you please clarify?

Hi brother , Good question asked. As mentioned in the video , many unorganised builders and developers have exploited this Highway back in 2008 airport boom and hence the bad reputation. Now, there is limited availability of land for new HMDA ventures to form. But as mentioned by you , if the infra push kicks in then it will be back on track and that is definitely on cards very soon. My Home has big plans here is being heard. Only time has to say what it might be.

Bangalore highway has 111GO problem from orr till thimmapur. and Mumbai highway has periurban zone problem from rudraram till sangareddy. Srisailam highway seeing good housing development from thukkuguda till maheswaram. Important is check where there is housing development there you invest..
