Best if a group can buy land and give development agreement to tata projects for high rise flats, it will be cheaper for the group
But i cant see any reduction of flat prices in last 2 years, its actually increasing all around Hyderabad

Many of my NRI friends who bought properties 20 years back are now liquidating plots and flats in Hyderabad as they lost jobs on US inspite of having 30 years experience. Many need this money for kids college education and their own daily needs
