@@nidhrasrinivas1457 yes , infact GDPZ is more premium than R1 zone , its the zone that stretches across 1km around ORR where an investor can build houses also and it can be used for multi purpose also , ... so from kongarakalan till mangapally entire 100 feet road is going to become gold within 1,2 years due to foxconn , its effect will be till 8km radius if im not wrong
