If TDP government can complete the below 4 news that came in just 1 month of government formation, in the 5 years of ruling then that is enough for Amaravati: 1. ORR to be built 2. Complete basic infra and stuff like Assembly, secretariat, high court, residential complexes for employees and return the developed plots to farmers 3. BPCL in Bandar. 4. Vijayawada airport international terminal to be operational with direct flights to New York, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Dubai, Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne

But Amaravati కి rhyming కుదిరేలాగా "మన" amaravati అని పెట్టాము. Amsterdam vaallu "I AM" ani ఎలాగా పెట్టారో అలా పెట్టాము. Kudos to the great capital city Amaravati

Excellent video. Amaravati should focus on tourism,especially AP cultural tourism. To reduce pollution in long run the capital should initiate pollution free industries.

Amravati will definitely be in position like were hyderabad at present today, but it will take 40 years from now to be the same position of hyderabad today for Amravati. Hyderabad will be miles ahead of such cities. Hyderabad has the potential to beat Delhi and Mumbai (Amravati is not in Hyderabad league even after 30 years from now). Best of luck to all Andhra people .

This type of planning is amazing

Crda should plan housing / residential flats for mid range also. We are intrested to buy. Because other area peoples dont know where to buy in amaravati. Crda should make highrise residential towers

The risk factor came because the previous government ignored Amaravati. If previous government also continued the development, there could be much development activites happening here and prices might rose over a period of time. If we take history always the capital city develops, but we can't tell the pace. Thank you RealTalk for this video.. You impressed us as usual.

We have to rely on our abilities and march irrespective of external factors like opposition vicious propaganda, nominal cooperation from union. Naidu should not forget this is Amaravati and not Dholera, Modi would not support as in 2014.

అమరావతి లో real estate మోసాలు జరిగే అవకాశం ఎక్కువ ఉంది. So Govt should go for Auction of Individual plots. It should happen minimum of 50+ acres townships. Total 2000 acres in five different places should happen. Govt can also pool money. 1000 squards ఉన్న farmers కి, Small farmers కి 200 squaryard money ఇవ్వాలి 800 squareyard register చేయాలి. Govt ఒక 6 months మాత్రమే అమరావతి Devlopment cost tax every service మీద వేయాలి. ఇలా వచ్చిన amount, MOdi ఇచ్చే amount తో basic structure చేయిస్తే తరువాత self finance city అవుతాది. I am from Telangana. Wellwisher of AP.

The residential plots allotted are ranging from 60 sq yards to 25000 sq yards with 30 sq yds increment. So it is the capital of all financial categories of people
