Madam in case of rent agreement this practice is several years old. Stamp Duty was allowed during the course of hearings.

The News cast and the Reporter has grossly misunderstood the Verdict. It is totally wrong to relay the verdict as has been broadcast. The verdict is concerning only the arbitration part i.e. when two parties appeal to the court to allow them for out of court settlement, the court appreciating the move, allows the two parties to do so. Thus the concerned parties with a help of an Arbitrator arrives at an understanding with a view to amicably settle their disputes, there upon the Arbitrator drafts the Agreement and the two parties are bound by such an agreement which need not necessarily be stamped. This is precisely what the Supreme Court has ruled. Readers may please be aware that Judicial Laws is a language by itself totally different from what we common people speak and must not be carried away by such raw anchor's depiction as though they are well exposed to the language. नाबालीग का हस्ताक्षर कोई भी दस्तावेजमें हो तो वो केवल उसके हक में सबूत माना जायेगा जबकि वोही दस्तावेज उसको किसीभी तरह उसका नुकसान हो उस रूपमें बाध्य नही कर सकता .ये काॅन्ट्रॅक्ट ॲक्ट का बुनियादी कलम है .

The lady is not able to add her explanation to what te verdict says. She just murmurs the same words given in judgement ! Her hasty and noisy style may suit cinema or drama scenes, but it hampers the image of the classes ! 16:29
